Even with the increasing number of children seeing a therapist for anxiety, it is estimated that 80% of the kids with diagnosable anxiety are not getting the help they need. A solution for natural, inexpensive ways to deal with this problem is needed more than ever.
As it turns out, such a solution already exists. Just by learning some fun and easy breathing techniques, symptoms from stomach aches to deep seated fears can begin to lose their hold. Research is showing that breath control is especially helpful for people with special challenges like ADHD, chronic pain, and history of trauma, to name a few.
Using tools like balloons, candles, and flowers, you and your child can easily learn how to balance your nervous system and loosen the grip of anxiety.

This workshop will give you the tools for immediate and long term relief by putting the brakes on stress whenever and wherever it occurs.
